The bike is great in general, but there is an issue with the rear shock. I have reached out to Electro&Co about replacing the rear shock under warranty, but they requested that the warranty be submitted by VoltronWatts on my behalf. I have sent a separate message with more explanations and videos through the form at the bottom of voltronwatts.com. Please advise on next steps. Thank you.
