Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Voltron Watts, we pride ourselves on delivering quality products and dependable service. To help ensure a smooth experience, please review our updated guidelines for cancellations, returns, and refunds.

Order Cancellations

Within 24 Hours:

Orders may be canceled free of charge as long as they have not shipped. Once an order has shipped, it is considered final sale and can no longer be canceled.

Orders Already Shipped:

Returns on parts are accepted in their original packaging in uninstalled condition for 14 days after the parts are received by the customer. Returns are not paid back till after the item has been inspected and a 15% restocking fee may apply.  Returns can be sent to:

Returns

Bikes:

Due to the nature of our products, bike sales are non-returnable. If your package arrives with significant damage, please take clear photos and notify us right away at Voltron@VoltronWatts.com

Batteries:

Battery purchases are final unless covered by an approved warranty claim. Warranty eligibility is determined according to the manufacturer's policies.

Gift Cards:

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by applicable law.

Refunds

Once your return is received, the item will be inspected. If an item is not returned in the original box and in new condition, a restocking fee will be assessed (minimum 10%; up to 50% depending on circumstances). A credit for the purchase price (plus tax) [excluding outbound shipping cost; payment processing fees; and restocking fees] will be issued to the credit card used to purchase the item(s) you are returning. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to The Watts Shop unless the return is a result of our error.

Delivery Signature:

A signature is required for all electric bike and battery shipments to ensure proper delivery and receipt.

Warranty Claims:

Any warranty-related issues must be approved prior to return or replacement and will follow the guidelines set in our warranty policy.
