How long does shipping take?
Most in-stock items ship within 3-5 business days. Larger items such as electric bikes may require additional processing time.
Do you offer free shipping?
Unfortunately no, but we keep our shipping costs as close to actual in order to keep costs low for the customer.Β
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Tracking information is emailed as soon as your order starts the shipping process. In some cases your order may have a tracking number assigned but no movement on the product. Thats totally normal. As soon as the shipping company takes possession of your item the shipping info will update.
Do you sell OEM or aftermarket parts?
We offer both OEM replacement parts and premium aftermarket performance upgrades.
