We work hard to get your order packed and on its way as quickly as possible.


🚚 Order Processing Time

All in-stock items ship within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note:

  • Business days do not include weekends or holidays

  • Processing time is separate from carrier transit time

  • Orders placed during high-volume sales or product launches may experience slight delays


📦 Shipping Methods & Transit Time

Shipping speed depends on the carrier selected at checkout and your delivery location. Estimated transit times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.


🔧 Backorders & Pre-Orders

If an item is marked as pre-order or temporarily out of stock, estimated shipping timelines will be listed on the product page. These items will ship once inventory becomes available.


📍 Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. The Watts Shop is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.


📬 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist with a claim.
